Intermediate PIER User Training

We are now offering an online Intermediate PIER User Training course for current PIER customers.
Admission is complimentary and open to the first 15 current PIER customers who sign up. Training is virtual and will be offered as an online webinar.
Program Content
The Intermediate Training curriculum expands on the Basic Training course and will include the following topics:
- PIER Users: learn about managing users in your PIER site, assigning approvers for documents and how to grant permissions for site administra
- Adv. Inquiries: learn how to set up global and categorical inquiry notifications, manage inquiry categories and edit the inquiry form.
- Adv. Documents: get an introduction to PIER surveys and learn about advanced document settings including signatures, folders, document transfers, and document notifications.
- Website: learn how to set-up and edit content on the homepage and how to create custom menu items.
Specifics
No cost for the first 15 current PIER customers to register for each training session. Admission is limited and offered on a "first come, first serve" basis.
