We are now offering an online Basic PIER User Training session for current PIER customers.

Admission is complimentary and open to the first 15 current PIER customers who sign up. Training is virtual and will be offered as an online webinar.

Program Content

The learning curriculum will feature the following topics:

  • General overview of how to get started with PIER.
  • Contacts: learn about contact directories and groups—how to add, upload, edit and manage contacts.
  • Documents: learn about the different types of documents including webpages, notifications and uploading files. We'll also teach you about PIER's robust document approval system.
  • Inquiries: learn how to manage and respond to inquiries including inquiry categories, logging responses and how to create and use inquiry answers.
